To use cold - place wheat bag in a sealed plastic bag in the fridge or freezer for at least 45 minutes
To use hot - microwave for 1-2 minutes with a cup of water alongside the bag. Times will vary depending on microwave wattage.
Always place a cup of water in microwave when heating.
Always test temperature before applying to areas to be soothed.
Allow wheatbag to cool completely before reheating. Do not overheat.
Check carefully and often for signs of overheating or grain deterioration e.g. a burnt or overcooked smell; smoking; charring. Dispose of bag immediately if noticed.
